Please note that you will need to hold a Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting, or have at least two years of experience as a dental assistant, to be considered for this role.

Qualifications & experience

Certificate III in Dental Assisting, or
At least two years experience as a private practice Dental Assistant
Experience working on reception, including handling bookings, phone calls, and payment processing, with a smile on your face!
Tasks & responsibilities

Clinical treatment assistance
Treatment room preparation
Building trust and rapport with patients
Sterilisation procedures
Creating a great first impression, on the phone and in person
Assisting patients to book their appointments
Processing payments for services, including Tyro and/or Hicaps
